Newly Registered Number of Imported Vehicle as of August 2010

  The number of vehicles produced by foreign manufacturers newly registered in August 2010 was 14,028 units, increased by 38.0% compared with the same month of last year (10,167units). The cumulative total since January 2010 was 118,546 units, increased by 18.4% compared with the same period of last year (100,091 units).
  The total number of vehicles produced by foreign manufacturers and Japanese manufacturers newly registered in August, was 19,718 units, increased by 74.9% compared with the same month of last year (11,272 units). The cumulative total since January 2010 was 138,683 units, increased by 23.6% compared with the same period of last year (112,191 units).
