【Registered vehicles】

  The number of vehicles produced by foreign manufacturers newly registered during the first half of FY 2009 (from April to September 2009) amounted to 80,147 units, an decreased by 16.6% compared with that of FY 2008(96,120).
  The total number of vehicles newly registered during the period including the vehicles produced overeas by Japanese manufacturers amounted to 88,389 units, an decreased by 17.7% compared with that of FY 2008 (107,441).
