  Imported vehicles of foreign manufacturers newly registered during the first half of FY 2006 (from April to September 2006) amounted to 119,460 units, an decreased by 2.1% compared with that of FY 2005(121,975).
  Total number of imported vehicles newly registered during the period including the vehicles produced overseas by Japanese manufacturers amounted to 127,214 units, an decrease by 2.9% compared with that of FY 2005 (131,041).
