The number of newly registered imported vehicles of foreign manufacturers during April 2006 was 15,642 units anddecreased by 0.7% compared with the same month of last year (15,760units). The cumulative total since January2006 was 82,045 units and increased by 3.1% compared with the same period of last year (79,597 units).
The total number of newly registered imported vehicles during April, including vehicles produced in overseasby Japanese manufacturers, was 16,645 units and decreased by 2.5% compared with the same month of last year(17,068 units). The cumulative total since January 2006 was 87,531 units and increased by 1.5% compared with thesame period of last year (86,270 units).
